Episode #233 – We’re Terrible At Stuff… As A Country

All we want this week is for you to listen to the episode and also wear a mask. Is that too much to ask?  While you do that, the guys are talking:

  • Disney analyst expects theaters to be closed until mid-2021
  • The Gray Man
  • Peacock also not available on Roku or Amazon
  • Michael Che sketch show heading to HBO Max
  • The Bad Batch picked up for Disney+
  • Noah Centineo is Atom Smasher
  • Falcon and Winter Soldier delayed
  • Wandavision also delayed, but just to December, 2020

All that, the Weekly Watched and of some of our trademark tangents.

As always, please check us out on FacebookTwitter and Instagram.

Don’t forget to rate/review us on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher or wherever you get your podcasts. We’d really appreciate it!

  1. There are a bunch of services that are cutting indie theaters in on on-demand movies. Laemmle is on a variety of them. Alamo Drafthouse has their own on-demand service. Kino has their Marquee service that supports a bunch of theaters. It’s kind of the wild west, but at least there’s something being done to keep the smaller theaters from folding. It seems to be more distributor-based than anything. Best advice is to look up a particular theater you want to support and see what they’re utilizing. There’s no central hub (that I’ve found) unfortunately.
