- Pinnochio and Peter Pan and Wendy will debut on D+ as we’ve already discussed
- Raya and the Last Dragon starring Kelly Marie Tran, will land in theaters and Disney+ via Premier Access on the same day
- The 60th animated Disney film will be Encanto. You will travel to Colombia for a musical with songs in both English and Spanish about a magical family who lives in “a magical home.”
- Pixar will give us Luca, set in Italy about 2 young boys and their friendship over a memorable summer
- 2 more Pixar movies in 2022, Turning Red, about a girl who turns into a Giant Red Panda when she’s excited, and Lightyear, about Buzz’s first mission starring Chris Evans.
- Jungle Cruise, a Lion King prequel, and The Little Mermaid are all still going to theaters
- FX is working on an Alien TV show from Noah Hawley
- Handmaid’s Tale renewed for Season 5
- Always Sunny picked up for 4 seasons
- Disney+ price increases by $1
