  1. Urban horror/ghost movies off the top of my head:
    Tales from the Hood
    JD’s Revenge (more of a possession movie than ghosts, but it’s close enough)

    Re: TV ratings – TV-14 falls in between TV-PG & TV-MA.

    If the second part of IT is worth watching, I’d consider mashing the two parts together to mimic the novel.
